Meet the team

  • Tom Jones

    Network Manager

I’m the Network Manager for England. My role with the Network is to ensure we’re delivering the best possible service to our members and working with the Money and Pensions Service to ensure we offer quality events for our network, while continuing to grow. I’ve worked in the employability sector for several years before this role and have seen first-hand how a lack of money knowledge can really impact people who need support the most. I’m proud to be in a position where I can help improve people’s money problems.

  • Craig Jackson

Regional Network Co-ordinator (London & East)

I’m delighted to be working as the Regional Coordinator for the East of England, London and the South-East. Over the last few years my career has focused on supporting those facing unemployment and financial pressures, and I’m committed to strengthening the skills and confidence of Practitioners who work directly with those in challenging situations. My background in employability includes working as an Employment Adviser, and Senior Employment Skills Trainer with the Restart Scheme. These roles gave me a firsthand insight into how unemployment and financial strain can impact mental health, motivation and overall wellbeing. It also made clear how essential good budgeting skills and practical money knowledge are for helping people get back on track.

What excites me most about the Money Guiders Network is the opportunity to support Practitioners to guide and signpost their customers to the right sources of support. Helping frontline staff build strong money guidance skills means we can strengthen financial resilience across our communities and ensure people receive the right help at the right time.

  • Lucille Roache

Regional Network Co-ordinator (MIdlands & West)

I've worked on the Money Guiders England contract for almost four years, and I love being able to support the money guiders to develop their skills through the events that we deliver and the resources we share. Money guiders do so much for the people that they help and it's nice to be able to support them by offering a space where they can connect and grow. I find myself learning something new every time that I go to an event, and it feels really rewarding to be working on a project that plays a part in improving people's financial wellbeing.

  • Patrick Cavan

Regional Network Co-ordinator (North & Yorkshire)

As the Network Manager for England, I’m responsible for ensuring we deliver a high‑quality service for all Network members while working closely with the Money and Pensions Service to continue growing our offer and providing valuable, well‑designed events. I’ve been with Reed in Partnership for five years, after several years working in the wider employability sector, where I saw first-hand how limited money confidence and knowledge can deeply affect people who need support the most. Being in a role where I can help strengthen money guidance and make a meaningful difference to people’s financial wellbeing is something I’m truly proud of.
